Eggnog/ Eierpunsch

Egnogg/ Eierpunsch

  • 1 cup of Eierlikör/ advocaat
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of vanilla sauce
  • 1/2 cup of white wine
  • 1/4 cup of rum or brand
  • 1 cup of whipping cream

Instructions
Mix everything, except the whipped cream, together in a medium sized pot and warm up on a low setting. Keep stirring so the liquid heats up evenly. If it’s not sweet enough, add some sugar or honey to your taste. You can also use a whisk if needed.
Whip the cream, pour the eggnog in a cup and put as much whipped cream on top as you like 🙂 Enjoy!
